About Us

SeniorWise Care Management is a member of the Samaritan Family of Services , which has served the South Jersey community since 1980. As a geriatric care management program, our mission is to help older adults in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties remain independent and safe in their own home for as long as possible. In addition, SeniorWise Care Management keeps family members, whether living nearby or far away, informed, involved and confident that their loved one is enjoying the most independent, safe and dignified lifestyle possible.
